Have you ever noticed that there are many people who seem to find themselves in bad relationships over and over again? What about people who seem to attract perfect opportunities in their lives all the time and end up being successful whereas other people keep on wondering what their secret is? The law of attraction is one thing that delivers people both what is wanted and unwanted. The main idea goes simply like this: “You attract to your life whatever you give your energy, focus, and attention to, whether wanted or unwanted”. Everything in the world is made up of energy and vibrates at a certain level. If somebody is sending bad vibes and negative energy around him, one will attract those kinds of things in the life.

Sometimes this universal law is described with words and phrases like Serendipity, Synchronicity, Fate, Karma, Luck and Meant to be. The law of attraction will give you more of what you vibrate everyday. We humans vibrate our energy through feelings. When we have feelings like loving, confident, content and enthusiastic, we vibrate positively, whereas feelings such as sadness, stress, angriness or ashamedness make us vibrate negatively. If we see bad and negative events in our lives, they make us feel bad, like witnessing beauty or kind acts makes us feel good and happy. Regardless of whether or not we are doing it intentionally, we draw circumstances and people towards us that match our present feelings and vibration. Our thoughts that we constantly have in our minds are the cause for our feelings, so it is possible to deliberately attract more of those things we really want to have in our lives and at the same time avoid attracting the bad things.

Thankfully, there are many tools to change our mindset and vibration in order to attract the things we want. The three-step formula for deliberate attraction is:

- Identify what you desire

- Raise your vibration

- Allow it to happen


The way we see the world is a subjective experience. There is no such thing for human beings as an objective understanding of how things are in the universe. We all have our different thoughts of everything and one’s whole reality is one’s own creation. That is something we should feel good about, because that gives us full responsibility of everything we are experiencing in life and we can decide the things we think about and focus on. We can begin creating a new reality for ourselves right now, if we just start thinking about what we desire and refuse to think about the things that we don’t want. So many people focus all their energy on the things that are bad in their lives and paradoxically, they keep on getting more of those things in their lives. Don’t be one of them, but pay attention your thoughts and emotions. Think about things that make you feel good, and the things you want to have in your life. When you find yourself feeling bad, you have been thinking something that you will not have in your life. Notice these moments and always focus again on thinking the positive things and your emotional state will begin to improve fast. If you continue doing this every single day, you will notice how your physical reality is starting to improve as well, first a little bit and then faster all the time.

One nice thing about the law of attraction is that it doesn’t really matter what we want, how long it takes to achieve it or how unlikely it is to achieve the things, we can still feel empowered in our thoughts and realities because of it. Our subconscious brain can’t distinguish between an event that takes place only in our thoughts and an event that takes place in a reality, which is one of the great things to understand. Everything that we see in life is just our flawed interpretation of the reality, so it is only very logical to make our own realities as good as possible by using the law of attraction.

There are many tools that can help you when you apply the law of attraction and these are one of the most useful ones to help you change your life towards better:

1. Write your goals down.


It doesn’t matter if the goals you have are big or small, the most important thing is that you have a desire for something, because if you have the desire, you can achieve it. If you think it is impossible for you to get it, it is just a belief in your head that you should change. You can also write down the things that you don’t want and then change the sentences into what you do want. Write the things down as precisely as possible and make them positive.

2. Find a picture of the end result for you.

This helps your subconscious mind to get used to the fact that it is possible for you to achieve what you want. The picture has to be so cool that it makes you feel great every time you see it. Keep the picture somewhere where you can see it as often as possible.

3. Write about your perfect day.

Write in the present tense everything that would happen in your perfect day. Remember that there are no limits of every kind and don’t let your mind fool you. It can be as amazing as possible, so let your wildest dreams and ideas flow.

4. Work.

The law of attraction includes a work step that is often forgotten or avoided because of the negative emotions attached to it. When you observe yourself having the negative emotions of taking the necessary steps, try to associate your thoughts with the amazing end result and the feelings that you will get when you get there when you start to do that work that is needed in order to get what you want.

The best thing with the Law of Attraction is that you can start using it for your benefit right away. Change your thoughts, feelings and vibration actively and see how differently things start to work out for you.
